We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive for our Organization who will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers in target industries. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate potential leads for our ERP software solutions. Your goal will be to create a pipeline of qualified leads that can be converted into sales opportunities for our ERP system.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential target industries and companies that could benefit from our Services
- Use various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking to generate new leads, follow up with leads, and schedule appointments for the Service requirements.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, pain points, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead-generation campaigns and materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities, identify, define and document critical business needs, and qualify, control, and close opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the International market.
- Establish contacts and build positive relationships and networks with decision-makers in the relevant Industry and its environment, and maintain overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of all sales in the allocated accounts; the achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans.
- Communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service agreements and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and Presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our NetSuite and Celigo services specifically in US market.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative (Fresher) to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products/services. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to develop a successful career in sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about our products and services to effectively present and demonstrate them to prospects.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Sales Process Management: Assist in managing the sales pipeline, track leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Negotiation & Closing: Work with the sales team to negotiate terms and close deals.

- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to track progress against goals.
