- The primary challenge was Product lists or publishing new products on ecommerce. It was challenging to publish a high volume of products very frequently.
- Another challenge was managing the order management process and aligning it with the shipment.
- It was also challenging to handle the entire Pre-Order process .
- Marking down prices during promotions and peak seasons was complicated and time-consuming.
