Requirements
- To automate all the Order to Cash processes. The client has multiple marketplaces and a very huge volume. This made it difficult to manage the volume manually.

- Challenges to handling and managing huge volumes due to different marketplaces. Difficulty in achieving accuracy as well.
- The high volume also posed a challenge in the Payment Reconciliation.
- Maintaining the different tax procedures of different countries would be a challenge considering global orders.
