Challenges
The existing Shopify–NetSuite item master flow relied on REST API, which Shopify was phasing out.
The new flow had to be delivered quickly—before REST API support ended—to avoid any disruption.
All corner cases and edge scenarios previously covered had to be seamlessly replicated.
Needed to support both simple and matrix product structures, mapped accurately from Shopify to NetSuite.
