Integs Cloud’s Participation in Balvikas–4 Initiative
At Integs Cloud, we strongly believe that meaningful growth comes from contributing to society while nurturing strong team relationships. Living by this philosophy, Integs Cloud employees actively participated in the Balvikas–4 social initiative organized by Rajabhau Gudade Foundation, held in celebration of India’s Republic Day.
This initiative took place on 17th January at the Zilla Parishad School, Kondhanpur (Tal. Haveli, Dist. Pune) and focused on child development, education, health awareness, and community welfare.
Empowering Young Minds Through Education & Joy
As part of the program, students participated in various educational and recreational activities designed to make learning enjoyable. Integs Cloud team members worked alongside foundation volunteers to organize games and interactive sessions. Students were rewarded with attractive prizes, encouraging confidence and participation.
Recognizing the importance of educational resources, stationery and learning materials were distributed to underprivileged students. The initiative was supported by the school’s Headmistress, Mrs. Kshirsagar, who played a key role in coordinating activities.
Extending Care Beyond the School
The Balvikas–4 initiative extended beyond the classroom. Integs Cloud employees joined the foundation in visiting a nearby tribal settlement, where awareness was spread about cleanliness, health, and hygiene. Essential supplies such as blankets and torches were distributed to families in need.
Additionally, the team visited a local Goshala, contributing fodder and jaggery—a small yet meaningful step toward compassion and community care.
Teamwork That Builds Impact
The program was conducted under the leadership of Mr. Butole (President) and the guidance of Mrs. Kiran Sangeet Gudade, Chairperson of Rajabhau Gudade Foundation, whose efforts continue to promote education, health, and humanity.
Integs Cloud employees, including Huzefa Qamri, Vaibhav Ancharwadkar, and other team members, actively volunteered throughout the initiative. Working together outside the workplace helped strengthen team bonding, empathy, and collaboration, reinforcing Integs Cloud’s people-first culture.
